Where do you provide service?

We’re located in Lincoln, NE. We can travel as far as Omaha and surrounding areas, but travel charges may apply.

Do you provide free estimates?

Yes, we do! Use our REQUEST AN ESTIMATE form to submit project details, and images. On most occasions we can quote you from this form.
Please share as much information as you can, and submit up to 5 photos.
If a Site Visit is required in order for us to accurately quote you, we schedule a brief visit, with a cost of $50. This can be credited to your final project invoice.

Who is sent to my house to do the work?

The only people that will be in your home, are the owners of HIS & HERS! If subcontractors are needed (plumbers, electricians, etc), one or both of us can still be present.
We don’t leave a mess.
We won’t use your restroom.
We’ll leave it as clean (or cleaner!) than we found it.

Can you work on my project while I’m out of town?

We love this set up - you don’t have to worry about the daily mess, and we can work longer hours and leave work in progress out for the next day's work, saving time. You can come home to a completed project!

Are there things you CAN’T do?

Not to brag, but we can do almost anything. However, there are projects that might require licensed professionals in certain fields, like plumbers and electricians.
We try to stay with the types of projects that suit us, and our experience and skillset, the best.
There are times that a project is too big, or too small - if it’s not a good fit for us, we’ll try to refer you to someone that can help.

Do you require a deposit?

Once you’ve accepted our estimate or bid, we require full payment for any materials costs over $50 up front.
Larger projects / renovations may require a payment schedule, which will be detailed on your estimate.
The balance is due at the completion of the project.
Payment can be made online, or we offer a discount if paying with cash.
